The social and solidarity economy represents a strategic pillar of the social State envisioned by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him\u2014a Morocco that is more inclusive and more resilient. Rooted in the values of solidarity, civic engagement, and social utility, it drives a concrete dynamic of shared wealth creation across all territories.<\/p>

The 5th National Debate marks a decisive turning point. They pave the way for the development of a foundational framework law designed to sustainably structure the sector. This framework will aim to clarify the scope, recognize the diversity of organizational forms, regulate governance and limited profit principles, and strengthen operational tools through tailored mechanisms of support, financing, labeling, and access to public procurement.<\/p>

I call on all stakeholders\u2014institutions, territories, organizations, and citizens\u2014to engage and mobilize. Through collective intelligence, let us make this moment a national<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Social and Solidarity<\/b> Economy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Today, the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) is a fundamental pillar of the social state desired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, a model that places people at the heart of development, and aims to reduce inequalities, promote inclusion and guarantee dignity for all.<\/p>

Morocco, fully committed to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), recognizes SSE as a strategic partner in this endeavor.\nThe State Secretariat in charge of Handicrafts and the Social and Solidarity Economy, through its initiatives, programs, and reforms, actively promotes a structured and lasting contribution of the SSE sector to the SDGs by encouraging alternative economic models with strong impact.<\/p>

By supporting social entrepreneurship, backing high-impact local initiatives, and assisting grassroots actors, SSE contributes to the localization of the SDGs and to the strengthening of community resilience.\nThrough the National Debate on Social and Solidarity Economy, this convergence of public policies, international commitments, and local dynamics becomes tangible.
